An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic within a Main Dealership located in Christchurch.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties
* Diagnosing and fault-finding to determine necessary repairs
* Carrying out vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently and accurately
* Road testing vehicles to ensure fault resolution
* Handling and storing parts correctly
* Providing excellent customer care on every visit
* Achieving and exceeding performance targets, including vehicle health check completions and video software usage
* Contributing to team productivity by maximising work output and efficiency
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership environment
* Excellent diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Good communication skills and a professional attitude
The salary of this role is up to £35,000 basic with OTE of £45,000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are flexible working hours with Monday to Friday shifts and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
