Are you an organised graduate seeking a role in logistics or fashion operations?
Our online Fashion client is looking for a Fashion Logistics (shipping) Assistant to join their small operations team.
The role will start as a 6-month internship, but they will be looking to move this into a permanent position. Starting salary will be £25,000 p.a.

Key Responsibilities, to include but not be limited to:
1. Assisting with shipping and logistics across all areas of the business for wholesale, eCommerce, retail, and the company in general.
2. Assisting the Operations Manager with checking all relevant paperwork from shipping territories, creating documents for customs clearance, and providing approvals to ship.
3. Supporting with the creation and updates to shipping schedules, helping to solve any shipping challenges, and finding the quickest and most cost-effective solutions.
4. Liaising with our shipping partners, including freight forwarders and couriers.
5. Supporting the Operations Manager in keeping wholesale clients up to date on shipping progress, including in-Distribution Centre dates and confirmation of delivery.
6. Highlighting specific client shipping requirements with each shipping territory.
7. Learning and working on ERP delivery systems to support workflow.
8. Creating and updating invoicing for deliveries.
9. Assisting the Production team with bulk shipments from all factories.
10. Ideal candidate: Ideally some previous experience working in shipping and logistics.
11. Positive, professional, and consistent in nature.
12. High level of attention to detail.
13. Ability to remain calm and work under pressure to resolve timely shipping challenges.
14. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
15. Highly organized with strong admin skills.
