About the Role:
As a Senior QS, you'll play a pivotal role across a broad portfolio of projects – managing costs from early-stage feasibility through to final account. The company has a strong pipeline across the South and values commercial professionals who enjoy getting involved early in the development cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost planning, procurement, tendering and subcontract management
* Managing commercial performance across residential and care developments
* Working closely with construction and technical teams to monitor build costs
* Supporting junior QSs and contributing to commercial strategy
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within main contracting
* Strong contractual and commercial understanding, specifically with JCT contracts
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, detail-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously
