English Teacher Needed for Good Rated School in Bromley
Engage Education is currently working with a school in Bromley with the OFSTED rating of Good who are actively seeking an English Teacher to join their dynamic team Immediately.
The successful applicant will be expected to lead inspirational lessons to all pupils and effectively manage a classroom.
The incoming English Teachers will be expected to deliver dynamic lessons that stretch their classes and encourage a passion for the subject.
The school requires the ideal candidate to have experience of teaching English at secondary school level. Experience of teaching English to an equivalent GCSE level in another country will be taken into consideration.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and address any concerns.
* Stay updated on educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
About you
* QTS with an English specialism
* Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school
* Proven background of high pupil progress
* A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils you work with
