Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Consultant position located in CHEAM. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential members, providing information about club facilities, and customizing membership solutions to fit customer needs. Key tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, conducting club tours, and fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide tailored membership solutions
* Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
* Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs effectively
* Team player with a proactive and customer‑oriented approach
* Prior experience in the health, fitness, or leisure industry is a plus
* Ability to work in a dynamic, on‑site environment and meet sales performance goals
