Monarch Education is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in local schools across Oxford, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on either a 1:1 or general classroom basis.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs or SEMH
* Work 1:1 with specific learners or provide general classroom support
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery, learning activities, and classroom routines
* Build positive relationships with students, helping them engage, learn, and thrive
* Encourage independence and celebrate every achievement, big or small
About You
You don’t need to be an expert – just someone with the right attitude. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including:
* Experienced Teaching Assistants
* Support workers or care assistants
* Psychology/education graduates
* Youth workers or mentors
* Anyone with a passion for helping young people
You must:
* Be reliable and nurturing
* Be confident working with children or young people
* Be willing to complete a DBS check (we can help with this)
