* Develop pre‑contract project plans, briefing documents, risk registers and programmes.
* Lead project teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure coordinated and cost‑effective delivery.
* Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to maintain project control.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders and team members.
* Prepare and present regular project updates and reports.
* Assist with budgeting, tendering and cost control (minor works).
* Manage and control overall project costs.
* Ensure the structured completion, inspection and close‑down of projects.
About You
* Degree in a construction‑related field.
* Professional accreditation or working towards accreditation (RICS, APM, CIOB) — desirable.
* Proven experience in a consultancy‑based Project Management role with the ability to run projects autonomously.
* Experience managing multiple projects within the fast‑paced commercial fit‑out sector.
* Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
* Strong analytical and relationship‑management abilities.
* Excellent IT skills, including MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary based on experience.
* Company benefits package including private health insurance and death in service.
* Strong opportunities for career progression.
* Support with professional development and chartership.
* A collaborative and supportive working environment.
