Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Practice Operations & People Manager to support the smooth running of our GP practice. This middle-management role combines HR support, day-to-day practice operations and high-level administrative support, working closely with the COO, GP partners and practice teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, appraisals, sickness absence and staff wellbeing
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and partners
* Support the smooth running of practice and office operations
* Help coordinate rotas, leave and administrative workflows
* Maintain HR policies, procedures and governance documentation in line with NHS and CQC requirements
* Provide confidential administrative and organisational support to the COO and GP partners
* Support meetings, correspondence and practice projects
* Support with absences and payroll matters and submissions
