A warm and inclusive primary school in Hayes is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioner (Key Worker) to join their EYFS team immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children thrive.
The role:
* Support children aged 3–5 as a Key Worker within the EYFS setting
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Observe and record children’s progress, maintaining accurate learning journeys
* Promote independence, curiosity, and social development through play and structured learning
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
* Previous experience in a nursery or school EYFS setting
* A warm, patient, and engaging approach with young children
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
