The Opportunity: Siite Based Plant Engineer (With Van)Contract: PermanentLocation: HMNB Faslane, G84 0EHSalary: £35,178 Plus BonusAmeyBriggs is an engineering services and asset management specialist with its people core to everything that it does. We are a joint venture between Amey and Briggs Equipment.
If you don't feel like you meet all of the role criteria outlined below please don't let that discourage you from applying.Proactively maintain / repair a fleet of AmeyBriggs assets that have been identified as part of the Service Life Extension Programme (SLEP).Maximise the operational availability for the customer by investigating, understanding and eliminating failed/faulty operation of those products such that the fix is as rapid and as cost effective as possible while ensuring continued safe and effective operation for the foreseeable future. Complete SLEP standard tasks within the given guidelines.The Impact you will have:Repair, maintain, inspect and service Plant and HGV equipment and associated ancillaries to current company standards and LOLER and PUWER legislation.Maintain local stocks of spares, CES, ancillaries, attachments and local technical documentation, as appropriate.Identify any further work required on the equipment and liaise with the SLEP Centre Supervisor. Follow the NFW&T process for any damage found, to ensure the customer is made aware of the fact.
