What you'll be doing
As a Site Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing work packages, driving commercial performance, and influencing project delivery. You will lead, problem-solve, and collaborate with clients and supply chain partners.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Developing commercial strategies and managing subcontract packages
* Maximising cash flow through effective cost control and negotiations
* Supporting procurement strategies, leading tender processes, and issuing subcontract orders
* Working with our Commercial Lead to finalize accounts and ensure alignment with best practices
