We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. This role physical stamina, attecapability to work collaboratively with others. As a Skilled Labourer, you will contribute to various projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Duties
* Carry out general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or components as directed.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial environment is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
