Ahoy. We've moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouth's beautiful Custom House Quay, in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table, as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. We don’t think we’re being big-headed when we say it’s one of the best spots in town for an alfresco drink and bite to eat – but don’t just take our word for it.
Job Responsibilities
1. Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
2. Manage stock through ordering, weekly counts, and inventory control.
3. Train other chefs on specifications and standards.
4. Assist with writing rotas, invoicing, and recruitment processes.
5. Lead by example in the main kitchen, including serving pizzas.
