Our client, an up-and-coming Estate Agent in the Chigwell area, is looking to employ a Property Valuer for their expanding firm. They have a strong presence in the local area of Essex which has been created by a team of hardworking sales negotiators and hungry property valuers.
The successful Property Valuer will be offered:
1. Up to £25,000 Basic
2. Up to £60,000 OTE
3. Market Leading Commission Structure
4. Ongoing Training and Development
5. 28 Days of holiday
Working Hours:
6. Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
7. Saturday’s | Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00
8. Day in Lieu
To be considered for the Property Valuer role you must have:
9. Strong computer skills
10. Previous track record in estate agency
11. Experience attending and winning market appraisals
12. Ability to work as a Team Player
13. Excellent Communication Skills
As a Property Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:
14. Secure instructions for the branch
15. Book and attend market appraisals
