Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established and reputable law firm in Boston, Lincolnshire. They are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.

This role is on a hybrid basis and is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities as a Private Client Solicitor:
Managing a full caseload of private client files from instruction through to completion
Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
Handling Probate and Estate Administration matters
Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Deputyship applications
Providing advice on Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to business development and networking activities
