Base pay range
In this role, you will sit at the centre of Beetroot’s operations, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and information is reliable, accessible, and well presented. You will translate meetings and decisions into clear actions, keep systems up to date, and bring structure to busy workflows. You’ll also support documentation quality – turning rough drafts into professional outputs and maintaining templates and formats across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant and Founder to track delivery, maintain accountability, and help the team stay organised without creating unnecessary pressure.
Key tasks include:
* Formatting reports, slide decks, and organisational documents
* Maintaining templates and consistency across proposals, letters, and reports
* Logging actions from board and leadership meetings
* Tracking tasks in Trello/Notion and flagging gaps or risks
* Maintaining tidy digital filing systems and naming conventions
* Supporting onboarding of new starters with checklists and set‑up documents
* Providing general admin support: meeting prep, note‑taking, follow‑ups
* Covering colleagues during leave to ensure continuity of operations

What we ask

* Strong organisational and documentation skills
* Confidence managing logs, trackers, and systems
* Excellent attention to detail and formatting standards
* Comfortable holding accountability and nudging others tactfully
* Familiarity with Trello, Notion, PowerPoint, Word, and shared drives
* Ability to work independently and remotely

Extra information
We’re offering this role at 0.6 FTE through our current transition phase until March 2026. In February 2026, we’ll pause together to reflect: do we still need this role in its current form, is there scope to grow into new systems or product sets, or is it time to close it? The review is designed to be honest about limits while keeping space for growth and possibility.
