The role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and support the team to be their best.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing your team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
* Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
