Our client, a well-established global investment firm, is currently looking to hire a Credit Analyst to join its dynamic and internationally collaborative research team in London.

The Role
As part of the global research team, the successful candidate will focus on emerging market (EM) corporates, particularly high-yield issuers. This role demands a blend of detailed company-level credit analysis and broader macroeconomic insight. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting bottom-up credit analysis across a range of EM corporates and sectors.
* Providing timely insights and commentary on credit events, headlines, and risk developments across global markets.
* Aggregating and monitoring credit data from EM and developed markets to support top-down analysis.
* Collaborating closely with portfolio managers, contributing directly to investment decision-making.
* Delivering clear, engaging presentations in global investment meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* ~2–5 years of experience in EM corporate credit analysis – ideally within an investment bank, asset manager, or hedge fund.
* Strong quantitative and Excel skills.
* Excellent communication abilities – both written and verbal.
* Highly motivated, independent thinker with a collaborative mindset.
* Flexible and open to working beyond single-name analysis, contributing to wider credit themes and strategy.
