Role: Shift Manager Location: Lacock, Wiltshire Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 Working Hours: 18.00pm 02.00am, Monday Friday Stonegate Farmers is seeking a Shift Manager. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of production within our Packaging Centre ensuring all products meet customer specifications in line with company regulations. Role & Responsibilities: Own all things in your factory when on shift, including ensuring factory OEE is optimised on your shift through regular reviews with Team Leaders, Engineers and planning departments. Build strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Production Manager to achieve the goals and objectives for the Factory. To have full accountability for the management of agreed budgets specific to your shift (labour and materials). Use factory KPI's to drive improvement activities and plans for the shift. Ensure that your shift is trained and competent against all latest SOP's. Keep quality, health & safety and continuous improvement at the top of the daily agenda and measure these against the set KPI's. Ensure site is always audit ready. Manage, lead and contribute to a range of site projects when required.
