We are looking for a Recovery Theatre Practitioner to join out Theatre department. The Wellington Hospital currently rated “Good” by the CQC. The theatres across our facilities, provide a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none.
The Wellington Hospital provides the highest level of care for patients who are looking for the best treatment in key areas of healthcare, including: neurosurgery, spinal surgery, cardiac care, orthopaedics, acute neurological rehabilitation, gynaecology and cancer care. They have 11 Theatres across 3 buildings covering multiple surgical specialties. Successful candidates will be part of a large theatre team of colleagues, experienced professionals.

As a Recovery Theatre Practitioner, you’ll deliver safe, high quality and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients. You’ll play a vital role in the post-operative phase, monitoring patients as they emerge from anaesthesia, managing pain and vital signs, and ensuring a safe and smooth recovery. Your clinical expertise and compassionate care will help patients transition confidently from surgery to full consciousness. You will have an impressive level of knowledge and will have significant years' experience working in the theatre setting.

2. Current HCPC/NMC Registration
