Property Solicitor, NQ – 5 years PQE, £40,000 to £60,000, Nottinghamshire. This is a well-established and growing law firm seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy property department. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload across both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters, with strong support and clear career progression.
RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
You will manage your own mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, while delivering high-quality client service and contributing to the continued growth of the department. Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds. Managing commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters. Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and legal documentation. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions and advising clients on property risks, compliance, and legal obligations. Desirable qualities will include experience with high-value or complex commercial transactions, existing client following (advantageous but not essential), familiarity with case management systems and an interest in business development and networking.
