You will manage a busy and varied caseload, working to the firm's exceptional operational standards. You will play a key role in supporting the commercial and residential conveyancing workflow while ensuring compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a busy conveyancing caseload with accuracy and efficiency
* Supporting fee earners across commercial and residential matters
* Working in accordance with Lexcel and CQS quality requirements
* Maintaining excellent client service and communication throughout each transaction
* Ensuring all work complies with regulatory, procedural and internal standards
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Paralegal, ideally within conveyancing or commercial property
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Confident communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* A professional, motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
