Project Manager – CCaaS Transformation Programme - OUTSIDE IR35
Hybrid – Manchester (1 day per week on-site)
Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
Our client, a leading consultancy, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major enterprise Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) transformation. This is a high-profile role within a complex, multi-vendor environment, where you’ll play a key part in coordinating testing, driving delivery, and ensuring quality across all phases of the programme.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and coordinate test planning and execution across multiple vendors and stakeholders.
* Manage risks, issues, and defects, ensuring visibility through strong reporting and governance.
* Collaborate with architects, vendors, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and readiness.
* Embed strong test discipline into programme delivery across a large-scale enterprise environment.
Must Haves
* Proven track record delivering as a Project Manager on major programmes.
* Hands-on experience with contact centre solutions (UCaaS or CCaaS ).
* Strong understanding of enterprise test processes and methodologies.
* Experience delivering large, complex, multi-vendor contact centre programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills up to C-Suite level.
Nice to Haves
* Direct experience running a test workstream on a large-scale programme.
* Experience working with Central Government departments.
* Evidence of long-term client engagements or repeat contract extensions.
* Success thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
