Meridian are working with a growing M&E contractor across Wales, South-west England, and Midlands who are growing their maintenance team and are looking to bring in aMulti-Skilled Engineer to work on contracts around the Hampshire and Dorset area. The role will come with plenty of additional earning potential, and you will be joining a well-established, growing M&E contractor who work on various commercial projects across those regions.

Requirements for this role:
Recognised, industry-standard qualification (e.g Mechanical CSCS, JIB PMES, Electrical JIB card etc.)
Previous FM/PPM experience, ideally on commercial projects
Full UK Driving Licence - there will be travel involved in this role
Experience with BMS controls and ideally basic M&E building services knowledge
Desirable M&E qualifications include BS7671 (18th Ed.), F-Gas, HVAC qualifications, commercial gas certifications, 2391 Inspection & Testing
IPAF & PASMA are desirable but not essential
Duties include (but are not exclusive to):
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
Fault finding on building services plant and equipment
Electrical maintenance (lighting, power, emergency lighting, basic fault finding)
Mechanical maintenance (pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, pipework, valves)
HVAC maintenance and filter changes
Basic plumbing works
Fabric maintenance (doors, locks, minor repairs)
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and H&S standards
Complete job reports via CAFM system
Liaise with clients and site contacts
Participate in on-call rota (if required)
