We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and creative Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate our promotional content creation while working closely with our design, eCommerce, and content teams. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring that our digital and social platforms are engaging, relevant, and always on point. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Team and an external agency, you will help steer the creative vision while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is adept at both strategic thinking and practical implementation, and has a passion for compelling design and brand storytelling. Retail, digital, and eCommerce experience would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the design, eCommerce, and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
* Design promotional content for digital and social platforms when necessary, using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and external agencies to ensure paid content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with brand strategy.
* Oversee the creation of visual assets for campaigns, email marketing, web, and social media.
* Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Monitor digital marketing trends to keep ITS.co.uk at the forefront of innovation.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and platforms.
* Analyse campaign performance and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a hands-on marketing or creative role, ideally within the retail or eCommerce sector.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Experience working with design, eCommerce, and content teams.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication and project management skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices.
* Experience working with Windows operating systems.
* Video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar software).
* Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Knowledge of SEO and web analytics (Google Analytics).
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento).
* Retail, digital, and eCommerce experience.
