Through proactive one-to-one support via phone, email and live chat, youll guide prospective students through the admissions process - answering questions, overcoming issues and delivering compelling messages to drive the applicant through their journey. Youll be expected to hit productivity targets, use tools like Salesforce to manage contacts and identify opportunities for conversion. Our Successful Candidate We are looking for a passionate, results-driven candidate who can work to challenging Key Performance Indicators within a contact centre environment. You will be able to communicate proficiently in English both verbally and written. You will have a sales mindset and be able to build a rapport with customers and identify opportunities to convert interest into sales (enrolments). You will be able to understand complex information and be able to explain it to customers in a way they can understand.
