About the Job To manage the English & Maths curriculum provision achieving annual targets for; Finances - learner numbers and income Expenditure- staff utilisation, staff planning and non-staff costs; and Quality - success and progression rates To ensure that teaching is undertaken effectively, including cover where necessary. To work collaboratively with vocational area curriculum managers to ensure the effective provision of Mathematics and English across the college. Manage curriculum development and programme planning in line with College and regional objectives. To actively manage and address areas of inefficiency within the faculty in line with College procedures. About You Hold or commit to achieving a formal management qualification within three years. L2 English and Maths Setting, monitoring and achieving measurable targets within a framework of action plans. Ability to manage a diverse range of programmes and staff within a curriculum team to achieve high standards and performance.
