Location: Birmingham City Centre (Fully Remote after Training)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join and support a busy payroll solutions provider based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work with a well-established team, with full training provided and the flexibility to work remotely once you've completed your induction period.You will receive 2-4 weeks of on-site training to get up to speed with internal systems and processes. After that, you'll transition to fully remote working.
Key Responsibilities
. Processing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time
. Inputting, checking, and reconciling payroll data
. Managing starters, leavers, and changes to employee details
. Ensuring compliance with current UK payroll legislation and company policies
. Handling payroll queries and providing excellent customer support
. Assisting with pension submissions and other payroll-related reports
. Liaising with HMRC when required
About You
. Previous experience working as a Payroll Administrator (essential)
. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
. Excellent communication and organisational skills
. Confident using payroll systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
. Experience using Finity software would be a great advantage
. Able to work independently once trained
