We are seeking a Group Housekeeping Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department across the East Kent Colleges Group. You will be responsible for managing and developing cleaning schedules across multiple college sites, maintaining consistent standards, and ensuring optimum environments for learning and working. This includes overseeing quality assurance, managing supplier relationships, controlling budgets for consumables, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. As a line manager to a team of cleaning supervisors, you will provide effective leadership, manage staff performance and absences, and support ongoing training and development.
