HR Advisor / Employee Relations Advisor – Kingdom Group (North West)
Location: Newton‑Le‑Willows, WA12 | Salary: £29,000 per annum | Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Contract: Permanent
Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced HR Advisor / Employee Relations Advisor to join our Colleague Centre team. If you want to make an impact in a people‑focused organisation where your work truly matters, this is the role for you.
You’ll support managers, empower colleagues, and ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices across the business.
What You’ll Do
* Provide clear, consistent HR and ER advice
* Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, and long‑term sickness cases
* Support restructures, redundancies, and organisational change
* Coach managers to build capability and confidence
* Handle HR queries and maintain accurate case records
* Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in HR, People, or ER roles
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
* Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
* Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
