As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will plan and implement activities that delight our Residents, assist the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encourage Residents' socialization and hobbies. Your positive energy, organizational skills, and ability to communicate kindly are essential.
We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in developing activity programs. You should have excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. It is important to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and to know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and report concerns as needed.
