Job Description
* Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers.
* Technical subject matter expert.
* Lead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team’s output, enforcing standards.
* Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements.
* Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable project experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
* Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements.
* Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 first-party applications.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Development experience using Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/TypeScript/SQL Server).
* Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists).
* Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions.
* Experience working with ALM strategies for the Power Platform.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams.
* Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
* Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or third-party solutions.
* Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams.
* Eligible for SC Clearance.

Location: This role can be delivered in a hybrid nature from one of these offices, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh or London.
