Role Overview Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service across the organisation. This is a generalist position that offers exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including: Supporting and advising on recruitment and onboarding activities Managing absence and performance processes Leading employee inductions and promoting a positive onboarding experience Providing first-line support on employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance and capability cases Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function Supporting line managers with coaching and practical advice Assisting with HR projects, reporting, and policy updates as needed This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, visibility, and autonomy.
