This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in securing and delivering competitively priced tenders within the social housing sector. The Role As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, commercially sound cost estimates across a range of social housing projects. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure submissions are competitive, technically detailed, and delivered within strict deadlines.
