SAP experience is essential, as is a background in technical customer service within a complex business environment. Languages are a plus, but the role is English-speaking.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
* Liaise with logistics on domestic and export shipments
* Proactively resolve customer issues and communicate updates
* Collaborate with multiple departments for a seamless customer journey
* Utilise SAP and Salesforce to manage orders, documentation, and credits

About You
* Experienced in complex, technical customer service environments
* Proficient in SAP sales order processes (ATP/MRP, finance, credit)
* Strong communicator, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
* Organised, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally
