Responsibilities
* Supporting children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 with their learning and development.
* Assisting teachers in creating a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
* Helping children with phonics, play-based learning, and early literacy/numeracy.
* Providing emotional and social support to help every child thrive.

Qualifications
* Have experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar settings).
* Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic.
* Hold a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 TA, EYFS, or equivalent) – although unqualified candidates with strong experience are also welcome!
* Be available for flexible work in the Southport area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
