We're working with a trend-led ladies' fashion retail brand opening a new store in York Designer Outlet - and we're looking for a passionate Supervisor to join the leadership team. Retail experience is essential, and we're looking for someone available to start immediately.

Your Role As Supervisor
As Supervisor, you'll play a key part in daily operations, helping to run the store, support your team, and deliver excellent customer service. You'll be a visible leader, setting the standard on the shop floor.
* Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and service
* Drive retail standards, stock handling, and VM
* Step up in management absence and take initiative
* Represent the brand and uphold values in a busy retail setting
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder or Team Leader
* Strong background in fashion or lifestyle retail
* Confident, people-focused and hands-on
* Immediate availability for a fast-paced store opening
* A team player with energy, drive and great service skills
