Programme Administrator
Location: Leeds City Centre (with remote working flexibility)
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Working Patterns: Hybrid
The Role
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Programme Administrator to join a growing professional services organisation with a Head Office in Leeds City Centre. This varied role will support stakeholders through a submission programme that is essential to the revenue generating activity of the business.
You'll manage the flow of data and documentation across multiple programme stages, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review data for accuracy and completeness
2. Communicate with Stakeholders to resolve errors or omissions
3. Ensure files are complete with required documentation
4. Check and request internal approval for supplier invoices
5. Organise internal and external events
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
6. Excellent multi-tasking ability
7. Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
8. Confident communicator, able to source data from busy stakeholders
9. Intermediate MS Excel and MS Office skills
10. Proven team player with strong work ethic
Desirable:
11. Experience in data QA/QC
12. Familiarity with CRM platforms
13. Light programming experience (running scripts)
