About the Role
We are looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s. This includes cleaning caravans on Mondays & Fridays and working alongside our bars team for the remaining 3 days of the week. In our bars, you will serve a variety of drinks and cocktails, clear tables, and assist with venue maintenance during entertainment shows and in between.
Shifts will be scheduled over a rota of 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. Typical working hours are 30-35 hours per week, across 5 days, with Mondays and Fridays being essential working days. Bar shifts are available between 9am - 4am.

We’re seeking high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with a like-minded team. Previous experience is not necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
