Customer Sales Advisor - What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
* Identify sales opportunities and maximise every enquiry to help achieve business targets
* Advise customers on available products and services, tailoring solutions to their individual needs
* Contribute to the achievement of weekly, monthly and annual performance targets
* Complete administrative tasks accurately in line with company procedures
* Maintain high standards across the working environment
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
* Support account management and payment follow‑up processes where required
* Take ownership of responsibilities during independent working periods or in the absence of management
* Assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks and ad hoc duties as required
