8-5 M-F = 40 hours 1 hour lunch
We’re hiring for our established office based in our new premises – Pendeford Business Park Wolverhampton!
We are seeking a motivated, energetic communicator who thrives on building relationships and creating new opportunities. This person will be significant in contributing to the growth of the branch. You will focus on new business and lead generation selling our brand and the high level recruitment services we offer.

What You’ll be Doing:
1. Research and identify target companies and key decision makers
2. Execute outbound outreach via phone email, social platforms and direct face to face meetings
3. Provide quotes, proposals and manage the negotiation process
4. Understand clients’ needs and offer tailor made solutions
5. Building strong relationships with potential prospects
6. Have full autonomy to manage your day to day diary
7. Deliver confident sales pitches with clients – able to confidently close
8. Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
9. Managing your own key accounts
10. Full accountability for your own sales
11. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm 1 hour lunch
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
12. A proven sales background coupled with strong successes
13. Ability to build and develop business relationships
14. A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
15. Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
16. A full UK driving licence is essential
