What’s on offer?
Our apprenticeship scheme provides a great foundation for a career in a fantastic company, earning a full-time wage while you learn. You’ll spend 15-18 months in a paid role, gaining hands-on experience while supported by our friendly, passionate, and experienced team.
* Salary - £7.75-£12.41 an hour, depending on age
* Full-time - 39.5 hours over 5 days, with weekend working

Your on-the-job training will be complemented by structured learning. After 15-18 months, you’ll qualify as a fully-fledged Level 3 Spectacle Maker.
Who is this Apprenticeship for?
If this sounds like you, you’ll need the following skills to get started:
* GCSEs in Maths (grades 9-4 or A*-C), or equivalent/predicted results
* Have lived in the EU for 3 years or more and have the right to work in the UK
What does the role involve?
You will assist in producing customer orders, interpreting optical prescriptions, correcting faults, re-assembling glasses, conducting testing and adjustments, and maintaining materials and equipment, all while ensuring high-quality standards.
