Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will support the development and growth of our Key Account and Broker channels and act as a trusted advisor through building long lasting relationships with brokers and key account dealers. Working as part of the Motor Finance team our ideal team member will have previous experience in acting as the primary point of contact for a subset of key account dealers and brokers, delivering exceptional transactional and operational support with excellent interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively supporting our dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies (e-mail or telephone). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners. Manage and process dealer finance applications promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist dealers with queries, documentation, and approvals to ensure timely resolutions. Provide KABM/Dealers with periodic performance reports, including new business performance, application efficiencies and other key metrics as required. Utilising Salesforce.com (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to support sales activities, ensuring all activities are logged within CRM. Provide training and guidance to dealers on using your company’s systems and platforms. Utilise data analytics to assess partner performance and identifying opportunities for performance improvement that supports our growth objectives. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Familiarity with the motor finance industry or automotive industry in Ireland.
