What you’ll be doing
as a Network Service Technician:
1. Taking personal ownership of customer queries and responding to and resolving issues at their homes or places of work.
2. Working with contractors to do planned and unplanned work and investigating clean water networks to resolve poor performance, including high or low pressure, leakage, metering queries and loss of supply out in the field.
3. You will also help control burst mains, ensuring isolation to facilitate planned work, emergency repairs and maintenance.
4. Looking after valve operations and water sampling, valve checks, and planning.
5. Work well within a team covering core and standby hours through all hours of the day. (on standby rota)
6. You will receive a comprehensive training plan, so no experience is needed, just the desire to learn and excellent customer service skills.
Base location: Ashford Common - TW15 1RU or Deephams - Enfield, North London - N9 0BA
Working pattern or hours: 38 Hours per week. The working pattern will consist of Monday - Friday, plus the addition of Standby weeks that will incorporate working weekends over an 8-week pattern.

Additional skills and experiences would be great to have/bring:
16. Having basic knowledge of domestic plumbing or water mains and leakage would be advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
