My client is a growing business known for its quality and customer service within the industry, with a wide range of clients in the domestic and commercial sectors.
They are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with 5+ years of industry experience to join our team.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer to further develop their skills while working on a variety of projects in different domestic and commercial environments such as schools, offices, domestic properties, factories, and warehouses. The ideal candidate will be confident in their technical abilities, capable of working independently, and proactive in problem-solving. You must be comfortable liaising with clients, site personnel, and the office, always ensuring clear and professional communication.

· A company vehicle will be provided, so a full valid UK driving license is essential.
· Additional training and courses encouraged and provided for further development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out installations, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot faults efficiently and effectively.
· Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in both domestic and commercial settings.
· Work independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
· Communicate professionally with clients, site staff, and the office.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience as an air conditioning engineer.
· Competency in installation, maintenance, and repair of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems.
· Ability to work across both domestic and commercial settings.
· Strong fault-finding skills and attention to detail.
· A professional and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications & Certifications:
· Full UK driver’s license (required).
· City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (required).
· F-Gas Category 1 certification (required).
· IPAF or PASMA certification (preferred).

· Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience.
