Purpose of Role: Responsible for ensuring the timely processing of all orders. Responsible for creating customer delivery notes. Responsible for ensuring that we comply with all ITC requirements. Responsible for maintaining and updating customer pricing Responsible for stock control of all OEM and distributed products Key Responsibilities: Processing/updating of Customer standing order requirements Maintaining/updating Customer special prices on Sage from quotations/agreements Dealing with all Customer enquiries relating to orders/invoices Preparation of export documentation and arranging shipments for overseas distributors/customers with their nominated couriers when required Preparation of Certificates of Origin online with local chamber of commerce Preparation of product paperwork for distributor import permits for shipments overseas Arranging shipments of goods direct from suppliers to customers via purchasing Arranging of stock reservations for customers/distributors Arranging/processing of purchase orders to suppliers for Solus OEM products, distributed products and Adria requirements when required Checking of monthly Stocktake figures and processing the adjustments on Sage for Unit 3 Main recipient of all incoming company emails, e.g. sales, info & enquiries @solusscientific.com, plus my own emails Answering incoming company telephone calls Raising/sending Customer Comment Forms to monitor customers satisfaction Preparing Monthly KPI’s relating to Customer Services/Warehouse Weekly/monthly sales reports to Sales team Carrying out of internal audits for ISO system and updating Q-Pulse accordingly Experience & Competencies We need an experienced customer service supervisor with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role. A flexible can-do mentality and be able to organise others are a must. Higher qualifications are not a requirement but could be advantageous.
