Teaching Assistant Location: Leicestershire (LE8 area) Pay: £105 - £110 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (term time only) Start Date: Asap Contract: Long-term to permanent About the Role Long Term Futures is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a small specialist SEMH school in the LE8 area. The school supports pupils who have found mainstream education challenging and provides a highly structured, nurturing setting with very small classes and high levels of staff support. Pupils access a blended curriculum that includes academic learning, outdoor activities and therapeutic or wellbeing-focused sessions. The approach is calm, consistent and centred around strong relationships, clear routines and personalised support.
