About The Team
We seek a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our Cardiff office. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive valuation services across diverse properties, managing complex projects while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed property valuations for various purposes, including financial reporting, litigation, and development proposals.
* Assist clients with complex property transactions and advise on strategic asset management.
* Engage in market research and analysis to stay current with regional property trends and influence client advice with accurate data.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders within South West Wales.
* Prepare and present comprehensive reports meeting high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
* Manage and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their professional development and team cohesion.
About You
* MRICS qualified
* Commercially aware
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Well-organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and committed to customer service
* Full driving license

Working Hours
Hybrid working policy: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. Core hours from 10:00 to 16:00, with flexible start and end times. Out-of-hours work may be required. Flexible arrangements can be discussed during application or onboarding.
