This contractor is well known for delivering high‑quality design and build, refurbishment, and new‑build projects across multiple sectors and is recognised locally for technical excellence, collaboration, and strong client relationships. The Role – Design Manager (D&B / Main Contractor) You will join an established and structured design management team of six, working closely with pre‑construction, commercial and project delivery teams. Typical project values range from £5m–£20m within an hour of the Hertfordshire office.
