Accuflex has a great opportunity for a senior Property Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities
* Department Leadership: Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary property team.
* Transactional Work: Advise on residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions.
* Landlord & Tenant: Handle leases, licences, easements and overage agreements.
* Strategic Input: Contribute to departmental growth and wider firm strategy.
* Compliance: Maintain high standards of regulatory and risk management oversight.
Required Experience
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE.
* Strong background in property transactions.
* Supervisory or management experience preferred.
* Experience across commercial and/or agricultural property advantageous.
Location: Cumbria (hybrid considered)
